I'm not sure if this is right... I mean, the picture is very well done, of course... But unless you have asked the original author its permission to put it in here, I doubt it is legal according to the law and DA's policies even if you mention where you found it.

I do hope you won't see this as a threat... I won't report you, but I'm thinking that others could do it... Seriously, not to sound harsh or anything, but I believe that it would be best for you to delete this. It might never happen, but you might be risking your account on something like this.

I mean, DeviantART is for artists. It's ok if you do not create/upload anything in here, but many people are against what you are currently doing by uploading this. I would be extremely furious if I'd find one of my photographs on a website, even if the guy would refer to me. Asking the author for approval is a simple, polite thing to do.

And, once again, I don't want to sound like the guy who's asking for a fight, but I saw your other uploads and there's one more Nirvana pic...

The webpage you mention seems to be legally showing the pics... Maybe you could contact them and they could get you the approval of the photographers.
